Creator Club at East Quay for 9-13's

Creator club aims to build a community of creative and engaged 9-13 year olds who enjoy learning new art forms and developing new skills.

Each half term, an artist, exhibition or stimulus will inspire students’ creativity. Students will take part in a range of linked activities, encouraging them to have a go with new materials, tools and techniques, and connect with their peers.

Our next term runs from 18.06.2022 to 16.07.2022, where we will visit and respond to our exhibition, ‘Better Than This’, exploring the natural world and the use of photography and science in art. Within this half term, we will make a basic pin hole camera as well as harnessing the power of mother nature to create phytograms and cyanotypes (photographic images which use plants and the sun).

The club costs £6.00 per session, payable up front as a block of 5 weeks.

Please contact for more information, or if you require support that would enable your young person to attend.

PS, Messy clothes recommended – our art materials are safe but may stain clothes.
