DATE: 28.10.2021

TIME: 18.00-21.00

LOCATION: Courtyard, East Quay

COST: £10

Courtyard Conversations are linked to exhibitions, with artists holding informal conversations with related professionals providing an interesting and informative additional insight to the exhibition programme.

Speakers over the past five years have included author Penelope Lively, socially engaged practitioner Eloise Malone and a range of artists including Kosmo Vinyl, Jon England and Chris Dobrowolski.

In this event, Watchet-based emerging poet, Deanna Payne, reads her poem An Armchair To Nowhere, part of the opening exhibition More Together Than Alone. Hear Deanna's incredible story in conversation with Eloise Malone, founder of Effervescent, who helps socially-minded organisations collaborate with children and young people.

Tickets are £10 and includes an informal meal from East Quay Kitchen.
