We are looking for talented Sous Chefs to join our East Quay Kitchen team here in Watchet, West Somerset.
In this role you will work closely with Head Chef Richard Pettitt, previously of Anise, Taunton, in helping to prepare a regularly changing Mediterranean and Middle Eastern inspired menu. In addition to our breakfast, lunch and evening platter menus, we also cater for a variety of in-house events including special pop-up menus, party catering, sharing meals, and outdoor events.

Salary: £25-30k per annum
Hours: Max 45 hours per week, some evening and weekend work
