As part of the exhibition BETTER THAN THIS, artist Amy Howden-Chapman will be performing a new incarnation of her ongoing work Have You Ever Felt Overwhelmed? The Words of Climate Scientists, Activists and Journalists. This performance looks into how individuals working daily on the issue of climate change reconcile the enormity of the crisis to the reality of their individual lives. 

The reading follows transcripts of interviews Howden-Chapman made with a range of climate change experts. The scripts will be read out loud by a group of people sitting in the same space, taking time to be in a place together and considering the magnitude of the climate crisis.
