Tuesday 2nd April
Gallery Tour & Leaf Printing Workshop
11-1pm, all ages family workshop, FREE*
Explore and take inspiration from East Quays’ current exhibition People Came for Tea and Stayed Forever featuring works by Sam Francis. Then, we will return to the Creator Space to print leaves in response to the exhibition.
Wednesday 3rd April
Plaster Sculpture Workshop
2-4pm, all ages family workshop, bookable
At the start of the workshop, we will visit the Studio 10 exhibition by artist Arushee Suri, Arushee’s work will inspire this workshop, we will cast unusual forms using a balloon. Plus, we will use nature to create a 2d piece of work.
Thursday 4th April
Spring Collagraph Workshop
11-1pm, all ages family workshop, FREE*
Taking inspiration from nature, we will explore textures to create a collage to print from.

Tuesday 9th April
Gallery Tour & Folk Banner Making Workshop
11-1pm, all ages family workshop, FREE*
Explore East Quay’s current exhibition People Came for Tea and Stayed Forever with drawing and idea sharing. We will then return to the creator space to create a paper folk banner in response to the exhibition.
Wednesday 10th April
Natural Object Image Transfer Workshop
2-3pm or 3-4pm, all age family workshop, bookable, £3
At the start of the workshop, we will visit the Studio 10 exhibition by artist Arushee Suri, Arushee’s work will inspire this workshop, We will transfer images onto natural objects. This is fun, experimental workshop using a variety of materials to mark make and add texture.
Thursday 11th April
Nature Paintbrush Workshop
11-1pm, all ages family workshop, FREE*
Experiment using different natural objects and plants to create fun paintbrushes to mark make with.
