Folk Juice: Seasonal Recipes

Celebrate all things apple this month as we gather at the Phoenix Centre to prepare and share delicious seasonal recipes from this time of year.

Led by East Quay's Katy Kent (with a lot of cooking help from her brilliant Mum) we'll be learning about:

- The role of the apple in communities over time
- Rural rituals and traditions still celebrated today
- The diversity of flavours, varieties and recipes to enjoy
- Apple's spiritual significance in the Celtic tree alphabet

We'll most importantly be cooking, tasting and feasting together! 

Bring yourselves and any memories of special seasonal recipes that you would like to share.
