Originally training as a classical violinist, Anna’s path shifted after struggling with depression and anxiety in her early twenties. A friend’s suggestion to try Qigong changed her life.
After beginning to study Qigong, she quickly felt profound improvements in her energy, wellbeing, and emotional resilience. Inspired, she went on to complete a Diploma in Medical Qigong (with Distinction), alongside qualifications in Anatomy and Physiology for Complementary Therapists. From 2013 to 2020, she trained with internally renowned teachers including Master Wing Cheung and Joseph Mo.
Anna ins certified to teach Shibashi Tai Chi Sets 1 and 2, the 8 Brocades, Dragon and Tiger Qigong, and a range of other Qigong and Tai Chi forms.
