TUESDAY 11 AUGUST
CLAY MONOPRINTING

Use clay as a surface to explore monoprinting techniques. Apply paint and texture, then transfer your design onto paper to create unique, one-off prints.
WEDNESDAY 12 AUGUST
FOAM BLOCK PEN PRINTING
11–1pm, all ages, family workshop, Free*
Create lino-style prints using foam and a pencil to carve your design. Add colour with marker pens and experiment with layering to bring your prints to life.
THURSDAY 13 AUGUST
PLASTICINE PRINTING
11–1pm, all ages, family workshop, Free*
Press plasticine around natural and found objects to create your own textured printing block. Use it to make bold prints—bring along any interesting objects or “fossils” to experiment with.
Art activity available daily in the foyer from 10am to 5pm throughout the holidays. Gallery exploration activity sheets are also available for the duration of the exhibition.
