Together We Rise is a personal response to the issues faced by young people in West Somerset and the support they can receive from our community through relationships with friends, family and organisations. Understanding the individual stories of young people helps us to see how they navigate their world, enabling us all to see how important compassion and inclusion are to their experiences. Each one of us can make a positive difference and this impacts directly on the richness of community in West Somerset.
