East Quay Kitchen, situated on the ground floor, is open for breakfast, lunch, afternoon bar snacks, 7 days a week and for evening meals on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Breakfast served 9-11am
Lunch served 12-3pm
Evening meals served 5-8pm* Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays only

Checking-in and Check-out

Rooms will usually be ready by 15.00pm on the day of arrival and we ask that on your day of departure you check out by 11:00am.

Cancellation

We understand that sometimes people will need to cancel their booking, but we also need to balance the impact on our social enterprise. If you wish to cancel your reservation we therefore ask you notify us 48 hours prior to arrival. After this time we reserve the right to take full payment. In the event of a non-arrival and no notification we reserve the right to recover the full cost of the booking.

Payment

If you book direct with us via our website, we will collect your payment details when you make the booking but we will take payment when you check-in. If you book with another accommodation engine, payment will be made according to their terms and conditions.
